Ingredients

Cream Cheese 8 oz
Butter-softened 12 oz
All Purpose Flour 3 cups
Sugar 1/4 cups

Filling:
Apricot Jam 4 cups
Sugar 3 cups
Cinnamon 4 tsp
Brown Sugar 1 cups
Golden Raisins 2 cups

Directions

1. Cream butter and cream cheese with sugar. Add flour to combine and set in cooler for 2 hours.
2. Divide dough into 4 balls and roll into 9 inch circles. Spread apricot jam almost to edge then sprinkle sugar and raisins over. Cut into pie shape wedges then roll up and place on sheet pan with Parchment paper. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a 350 deg oven for 8-12 min. Allow to cool completely before storing in a container with a tight fitting cover.

These can also be made with a mixture of chopped nuts instead of the raisins.
