5A State Playoffs: FMHS 41 , Columbine 61

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- No. 3 Fruita Monument fell 61-41 to No. 2 Columbine on the road on Tuesday night.

The loss is the second straight defeat in the Sweet 16 for the Wildcats. Last year, they lost 78-45 to Highlands Ranch.

Nick Carpinello was the death of Fruita. On a team full of 6'4" and up, the 5'10" guard dominated with 25 points.
