Wildcats burn Bears for 24 point win

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - (KKCO) The Fruita Monument Wildcats opened the Warrior Challenge with a 24 point drubbing of the Bear Creek Bears on Thursday afternoon 67-43.

Three Wildcats players scored in double figures led by T.J. Pollock who scored 15 in the win. Drew Bridges and Steve Goff each scored 10 for the Wildcats while James Lewis chipped in with nine.

Jaron Price scored 11 of his game high 17 points for Bear Creek in the first quarter. But foul trouble led to his benching early in the first half. Price had four personal fouls through the first 10 minutes of the game.
