Boys' soccer: Fruita blanks GJ, 5-0
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- For the second time this season, the boys' soccer team from Fruita Monument shut out the Grand Junction Tigers.
The Wildcats scored three goals in the first half on nine shots-on-goal versus the Tigers. They finished the night with a 5-0 victory.
In aggregate scoring, Fruita blanked the Tigers 7-0 in two meetings this season.
