GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Three athletes from Fruita Monument signed their letters of intent to play sports at the collegiate level.

Seniors Corey Henrickson, Lauren LaBonde, and Jenni Sneddon have all had a big impact in the Wildcats athletic program through the years.

Corey has been with the lacrosse team since its start and will now be one of the first to graduate after four years in the program. He will be heading to Concordia University in Wisconsin.

Lauren was a standout on the basketball court. She helped bring the Wildcats to a league title, was named SWL Player of the Year and landed on the 1st Team in her final season. She will join Park University in Missouri as a Lady Pirate.

Then softball player Jenni Sneddon led the team to a second place finish in league with only one loss. She will move on to Gateway Community College in Arizona.
