GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- Fruita Monument's Alex Padgett has signed his letter of intent to play college basketball at Otero Junior College.
Padgett tells KKCO 11 Sports that he ultimately chose Otero JC over Div. II schools such as Colorado Mesa and Metro State because he wants to transfer into a Division I program once he finishes at OJC.
Padgett reports that he will be receiving a full-tuition scholarship to play for the Rattlers in La Junta, CO.
