GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- Entering his tenth season as Tigers head basketball coach, Dutch Johnson will rely on a lot of younger players this winter.

Johnson's team fields just three seniors this season, while his most experienced varsity player is Broderick Robinson, who is a junior.

"He's a heck of a player, and a lot of kids feed off of him," Johnson said of Robinson. However, the Tigers coach added that the leadership role will be done by a 'committee of players', including the seniors, until proven otherwise.

The Tigers kick off the season against Fountain-Ft. Carson on Thursday at Central High in the Warrior Challenge.
