GRAND JUNCTION - The Grand Junction Tigers football team has arguably had the toughest schedule in the Southwestern Conference as they fall to 1-4 on the season with a 30-6 loss against Vista Murrieta on Friday night.
The California school built a 17-0 halftime lead that the Tigers could not recover from.
Junction opens up conference play on Friday, October 5 against Fruita Monument in the Wildcats' homecoming game.
