The Grand Junction Tigers resume looks better and better after beating the Fruita Monument Wildcats on Friday night 61-36 to finish with a perfect record in league play.
Junior forward Geoff Baldwin led the Tigers with 21 points, while senior captain Calvin Rock scored 14 in the win.
The Tigers aren't positive if they have the first round bye locked up just yet. They will have to wait until the selection committee has made its decision on Sunday.
Corey Schultz was the lone bright spot for the Wildcats scoring 13 points in the loss. He was the only Fruita Monument player to score in double figures.
