Grand Junction Tigers safety Tyler Palmer has chosen where he will play college football next season. Palmer will sign a national letter of intent on February 4 to play football with the Colorado School of Mines.

Tigers head coach Robbie Owens said that Navy and Penn were both in the mix late in the recruiting process, but Palmer felt the best fit would be in Golden with the School of Mines.
