WESTMINSTER, Colo. (KKCO) -- For the first time since their season opener, the top-ranked Tigers actually trailed in a game. Westminster took an 8-7 lead early in the first quarter, but Grand Junction rolled from their, running away with a 50-14 road win.
Sean Rubalcaba threw for 275 yards and three touchdowns - all three to Chandon Rose. Rose also had 150 receiving yards and a two-point conversion. Jerreon Dennis racked up 150 rushing yards and three touchdowns, while Kimani Robinson added a rushing touchdown.
Grand Junction (4-0) will play Fountain Fort Carson (3-0) at Stocker Stadium on Saturday at 7 p.m.
