GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- Equipped with their own traveling broadcast team, the Steamboat Springs lacrosse team defeated the Tigers 9-4 on Friday.
Early in the second period, the teams were knotted at 1, but a failed clear left a close-range 1-on-1 for Steamboat's attack and the Tigers goalie. It was a trend that continued to hassle the Grand Junction boys throughout the game.
