The Grand Junction Fire Department is holding its annual fitness tests for its firefighters. 11 News reporter Jessica Zartler experienced the training first hand to find out what it's like.
The testing consists of five different events and is required for firefighters to keep their jobs. They train all year to stay in tip top shape for the test.
The firefighters must complete the test in eight minutes. 11 News reporter Jessica Zartler did it in eleven minutes.
The training continues through next week.
