A man is behind bars after Mesa County Deputies say he punched and shoved children playing football. They say he also urinated in front of another group of children.
The Mesa County Sheriff's Office says John Henry Brown resisted arrest and was not cooperative. Deputies had to shock him with a taser gun to get him calmed down. They say he was having mood swings, crying and then threatening Deputies, and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
