Police investigate Smoker Friendly break-in

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)_A Grand Junction Police are investigating a break-in at a local business.

Grand Junction Police say they were called out Smoker Friendly on North Ave. just after midnight.

When officers arrived they found the glass door at Smoker Friendly on North Ave. had been shattered and several items inside the store were scattered about.

A witness on the scene says that an herb that is sold as incense was stolen and though it is advertised as not for human consumption, some people smoke it to get high.

At this time police say they have no suspect information and are asking anyone with information on the crime to call Crime Stoppers at 241–STOP. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
