Mesa County Deputies on patrol spot a car engulfed in flames just before 3 a.m. Tuesday morning. It was spotted on fire in front of a home on the 100 block of Laura Avenue in Clifton.
Deputies quickly grabbed a fire extinguisher to try to put out the flames to keep it from spreading to a nearby tree. They were able to keep it under control until the Clifton Fire Department got there and put it out. Deputies say the car looked like it had electrical problems.
