Martin Martinez was shot in the face when he answered the door of his Clifton home. In court Thursday, the 18 year old victim faced the two teens charged with shooting him.
Martinez sat in the courtroom and listened as 14 year old Thomas English argued his bond should be reduced.
English and 16 year old Erick Deleon are facing several charges including attempted first degree murder, assault and felony menacing.
Judge Gurley refused to reduce English's $200,000 bond.
11 News spoke with Martinez after the hearing, he told us he was relieved the judge didn't lower his accused shooter's bond.
Martinez was released from the hospital two weeks ago, his attorney says that he should get vision back in both eyes but is still experiencing some hearing loss in his left ear.
Deleon and English will be back in court next month.
