Target has issued a voluntary recall for 40,000 home patio sets.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the chair can collapse when weight is applied to the front end of the arm rests. Target has received 35 reports of chairs collapsing, with 18 people being hurt.
Customers can return the set to any Target store for a full refund.
