A boy is facing three felony counts of first-degree arson for a fire that destroyed three homes in the town of Mesa.
The boy’s name and age are not being released by the District Attorney’s office, but they do tell us that it was his actions that ignited a wildfire that consumed the homes just off of Highway 65 back in June.
The boy, if convicted can face up to two years in a youth corrections facility.
