Governor Bill Ritter is in Western Colorado today talking about his proposed budget.
He stopped in Montrose, where he wants to pump two point one million dollars into the Ue museum to expand it
Ritter also talked about his proposed state budget for the next fiscal year. The biggest chunk of the budget is slated for healthcare at just over one and a half billion dollars
Governor Ritter says he'll present it the legislature's joint budget committee on Thursday.
