A man who led State Troopers on a high speed chase through a windy mountain road has now been charged with 15 charges including First Degree Murder.
While attempting to flee from Troopers, Logan Lage crashed head on into Shea Lehnen's SUV. She was eight and a half months pregnant at the time. As a result of the accident Lehnen's baby was born via C-Section and later died. The coroner ruled the death a homicide.
Lage faces multiple charges including Child Abuse Resulting in Death, Vehicular Homicide, First Degree Murder, and First Degree Assault.
He is currently being held in the Mesa County Justice Center on a $500,000 Bond. He is expected back in court at the end of November.
