Wednesday morning a Jeep driver wasn't able to avoid hitting a deer on Eastbound I–70.
The collision near mile marker 9 damaged the car, but the accident could have been a lot worse. A semi truck was able to avoid slamming into the Jeep.
Then, another driver in a BMW coming up over a hill, had to swerve around the semi truck to keep from hitting it. That driver rolled off an embankment.
Emergency crews arrived, but State Patrol says no one was hurt in the accident.
