A local Grand Junction family brings home their new adopted daughter from China after almost two years of waiting.
Jim and Dawn Corley have been gone since the middle of November and finally arrived back home with their new addition to their family, Olivia.
Olivia was born on February 14, 2007 in China. The day after her birth, she was left in front of an orphanage. Now nine and a half months old, Olivia is finally at home with her new family.
Six year old Grace Corley, family and friends, were waiting at the Grand Junction regional airport when Olivia and her new mother and father arrived.
Jim Corley says for those who are interested in adopted from China or any other country, the best advice is to talk with families who already have; and not to forget to have patience.
