A truck driver trying to maneuver a turn took out a light pole this morning.
The accident happened just after nine o'clock on 5th Avenue and Belford. Splintered wood is all that's left of the pole, and crews worked quickly to clean it up.
The accident didn't cause any power outages, but energy crews worked to tie up the live power line it snapped.
The driver didn't get hurt, and the accident is still under investigation.
