After just hours of deliberating, a jury finds Sam Lincoln guilty of attempted first-degree murder.
A jury found that Lincoln did shoot James Finnegan out in the desert and left him for dead back in November of 2005.
During closing arguments prosecutors tried to show the jury that Lincoln’s actions were calculated, deliberate, and purposeful. The defense argued his actions were impulsive and related to his meth addiction.
