A South Carolina couple is accused of bilking thousands of dollars out of prospective parents all over the country.
Police believe 28–year old Jessica O’Donnell solicited victims over the internet.
Officials say O’Donnell promised to give victims a baby and never delivered.
Officials searched O’Donnell’s home and found driver's licenses with different names, computers used to email the alleged victims, and coolers that sperm samples were shipped in to be used for the pregnancy.
O’Donnell’s husband was also arrested. Police say he knew about the scam the whole time.
