$516 Billion Spending Bill to be Aproved

President Bush says he will sign a $516 billion spending bill that the house approved Monday night.

That's assuming the senate provides another $40 billion for the Iraq war.

The bill already provides funds for troop operations in Afghanistan.
The measure generally goes along

With President Bush’s budget, though it shifts billions of dollars
Into politically sensitive programs he sought to cut.

Senators will debate the bill today.
