Construction crews are working on F Road between 25 1/2 Road and 1st Street installing drainage for the "Big Pipe" project. Speed on F Road will be reduced to 25 miles per hour in this area and drivers will be prohibited from making any left turns. The "Big Pipe" project will reduce the chance of flooding in the area. This is phase two of the three-phase 15 million dollar project.
Crews will also be closing 25 1/2 Road just south of F Road for about 5 days in January. Project Manager Dave Donohue says the project will be completed by April and asks that drivers stay patient and safe in the area.
