Workers with the Western Slope's Food Bank are asking for your help. They say the warehouse is the emptiest it's been in eight years.
The manager of the Western Slope Food Bank of the Rockies, Starlene Collins, says it's short a quarter of the amount of donations it normally has in its warehouse.
Collins says it's going to be a tough start to 2008 for people who depend on the food bank's services, mostly children and the elderly.
Even if you can't give much, she says every little bit helps.
