The search for two missing snowboarders near the Wolf Creek Ski Area has been called off.
The two 27–year–old men from Albuquerque have been missing for a week. According to the Rocky Mountain News, officials say they've found no sign of the men and have started checking their credit card and cell phone records. They are also contacting law enforcement agencies around the country but say nothing has turned up so far. One of the men's fathers say he's beginning to question whether the two men are even on the mountain.
Bad weather has repeatedly hampered search efforts.
