The Mesa County Sheriffs Office and Clifton Fire Department are investigating an early morning fire.

This one broke out just after 2 A.M. Sunday morning at 445 Lark Drive in Clifton.
Two people were in the home but no one was injured and the house is considered a total loss.

Mesa County Sheriff’s Office says they are looking into the cause of the fire because they “believe other criminal elements are involved.”
