A judge rules today that the mother of a murdered boy cannot wear his memorial t-shirt to the trial of his accused killer.
A trial for Brandon Moore is set to begin in March, Moore is accused of beating his 2-year-old step son to death in July. The judge ruled on nearly 40 motions, one of them being that Logan Accords mother and other family and friends cannot wear the yellow t–shirts made in memory of Accord. Judge Deister called it “prejudicial” attire, and banned it because it may sway the jury.
