Mesa County Pays Landowners to Control Noxious Weeds

The Mesa County Noxious Weed Cost Share Program offers assistance with noxious weed management to landowners within unincorporated Mesa County.

Control efforts on 19 noxious weeds are eligible for this program. Landowners are reimbursed for 50% of the cost of noxious weed management up to $500 per landowner per year.

Reimbursement is for herbicides, professional herbicide application, and labor for mechanical removal for some weeds.
