Mesa County officials say the decision to move forward on a ballot measure which would create five county commissioners will be delayed a little longer.
County commissioners were supposed to discuss the measure during their meeting Monday morning, but ran out of time.
They'll pick up the issue again at their meeting on March 10. The meeting will be followed by two public hearings on the issue. The Western Colorado Congress will host a forum the week of March 17. A public hearing will take place in front of the commissioners on March 24.
