A judge set bond Monday for a 16-year-old accused of making bomb threats on a school bus.
Brett Burke is facing six adult felony charges. He's now being held on a $75,000 bond at the Division of Youth Corrections.
Burke was on probation in another juvenile case and had three other cases pending when he was arrested in January.
Grand Junction Police say someone overheard Burke saying he had a bomb on a bus on the way home from school. When authorties searched his home, they say they found bomb making materials and diagrams.
Family members say Burke was joking with the bus driver and was only making rockets.
He's due back in court next month.
