A judge has sentenced a convicted sex offender who pleaded guilty to molesting two young sisters.
A Mesa County judge sentenced Earl Dean Raff Jr. to 25 years to life in prison for two counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.
Raff abused an 11-year-old girl and her 12-year-old sister for seven months while they were staying with him.
Raff was convicted of sexually abusing a member of his family in 1999 and deputies arrested him in 2001 for failing to register as a sex offender.
