Saudi Arabia says it has found a new audio message from Ayman Al-Zawahri, Al-Qaeda's number two leader, on the memory card of a cell phone.

In the message, a voice, that purportedly of Al-Zawahri, urges militants to collect money for needy families in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The message was found on the cell phone of a militant arrested in a raid last month.

U.S. officials are analyzing the voice on the message, but so far have been unable to confirm it is that of Zawahri.
