Mesa County Sheriff's deputies say a man with a warrant for his arrest had barricaded himself inside of a room at the Timbers Motel on North Avenue.
The deputies surrounded the hotel, using a bullhorn to tell the man with the warrant, Dustin Nunn, to come out. Shortly before noon, Mesa County SWAT deputies went inside the room and arrested two men; Dustin Nunn and his friend Shawn Bartley. The men did not put up a fight.
The arrest warrant was issued for Nunn's violation of probation and contempt of court.
Both men are now facing charges of resisting arrest and disobeying a lawful order.
