Colorado State Patrol plans to turn over its investigation into a fatal crash to the Mesa County District Attorney's Office.

Colorado State Patrol says it has reviewed the crash and soon it will be up to D.A.’s office as to what and if any charges will be filed in the case.

On Tuesday 38–year–old Monique Velazquez was killed when a trailer carrying an 8,000 pound Bob Cat hit her on 32 Roads. Troopers say 67–year–old Darius Devries was pulling the trailer with his truck when it began to fish tail.

Velazquez was pronounced dead on scene.
