Denver (AP) Five months after the Colorado Rockies said a “malicious” attack paralyzed the club's online ticket sales for the world series, charges have yet to be filed.

But FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller in Los Angeles says there's still an ongoing investigation into the matter.

The California ticketing company, Paciolan Incorporated, handled the sale -- which had to be suspended when computer servers were overwhelmed.

Paciolan Ceo Dave Butler says “denial-of-service” assaults overwhelmed company servers and left fans without tickets.

Butler told the Rocky Mountain News the fiasco “was not the Rockies' fault,” and said the FBI wouldn't still be investigating if it didn't believe there was a crime.
