Good news for Mesa State College after a close call with legislators Wednesday, it gets to keep $18 Million in funding.
Two amendments to the Colorado state budget from Front Range lawmakers requested the money be used for other projects; one for a new science building for a campus on the Front Range and the other for a controlled maintenance trust fund. The first amendment was withdrawn and the second rejected.
