District 51 is teaming up with the Mesa County Health Department to offer the T-DAP immunization to students.
An onsite immunization clinic will be set up tonight, Thur at Fruita Monument High School. The T– DAP is a requirement next year for all 6th, 7th, 10th and 11th graders.
The vaccine costs $14.50 and some insurance plans will be accepted to cover the cost of the shot.
All vaccinations require a signed parental consent, which can be picked up at the clinic site.
