The Lions Club held their annual Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast this morning at the Mesa County Fairgrounds.

The breakfast is in its 29th year.

The Lions Club says thousands of people came out for the event.

All of the proceeds go toward helping pay for eyesight testing and medical costs for children of the Western Slope.

The Lions Club says this year's fundraiser is expected to be the most successful yet.
