Bangkok, Thailand (AP) The U.N. says another cyclone may be forming near Myanmar.

The World Meteorological Center says on its web site that “the potential for the development of a significant tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours is good.”

A spokeswoman for the U.N.'s Humanitarian Relief program says it's “terrible” news for the survivors of the storm that killed tens of thousands of people less than two weeks ago.

Some two million people in the region are living in miserable conditions.

The U.N. is leading the international relief effort, which is trying to supplement the Myanmar junta's aid delivery that has been criticized by aid groups and survivors as woefully inadequate.
