Yangon, Myanmar (AP) Myanmar's military government has announced a three-day mourning period for victims of the deadly cyclone. It begins tomorrow.

State television announced that the national flag will be flown at half-staff.

The announcement came as the official death toll for the storm remains at about 78,000, with another 55,000 people still missing.

China, whose death toll from an earthquake last week has surpassed 34,000, declared three days mourning for that disaster's victims starting today.
