Grand Junction police officers were out in full force looking for teens who weren't buckled up.
The first week of their click it or ticket campaign specifically targeted teen drivers. Based on the results - most teens are buckling up.
Officers issued one ticket to a teen for not having their seatbelt fastened. They issued 38 tickets to adults and wrote 4 child safety seat violations.
The campaign continues through June first and adults are now on the target list too.
