Golden, Colo. (AP) A former teacher's aide at a Lakewood Elementary school faces up to six years in prison after pleading guilty to a single count of internet luring of a child.

Thirty-one-year-old Frank Pierce of Golden entered the plea Tuesday in a Jefferson county courtroom.

He was accused of using sexually explicit language online and trying to arrange a meeting with someone he thought was an underage teen. That person was actually an undercover investigator.

Pierce was arrested in November.

He was a teacher's aide at Stober elementary school, and a girls' basketball coach in a youth recreation league.

Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 8.
