DENVER (AP) -- Denver police are investigating what they say was an intentional hit-and-run crash that left two men in critical condition.

The Denver Post reports (http://bit.ly/Wp9mGW) four people were struck by a vehicle after a fight broke out in the street at the intersection of Federal Boulevard and Mississippi Avenue early Sunday morning.

Three men were hospitalized -- two in critical condition. No information was immediately available about the other two people who were hit by the vehicle, which is described as a silver Subaru with a ski rack.

Police say the vehicle also has front-end damage.
