MOAB, Utah (AP) -- The mother of a teen charged in the death of a 33-year-old Moab man has been arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice.
Authorities say 44-year-old Corina Yardley was arrested Tuesday following the death of her boyfriend, Gregorio Salazar Campos. Her 16-year-old son, Brody Blu Kruckenberg, and 16-year-old Charles Anthony Nelson were arrested earlier on murder charges.
Deputies say Campos was reported missing March 29, and his body was pulled from the Colorado River on Saturday morning.
A Grand County jail report says Nelson shot Campos in the head while he slept in Yardley's bed. Nelson told investigators his friend, Kruckenberg, had invited him to the home and suggested they kill his mother's boyfriend.
KSL says authorities declined to elaborate on Yardley's suspected role in the case.
