Just as the crew from 95–Rock were about to end their "Homeless For The Holidays" foodraiser for the Grand Junction Community Food Bank several people approached pushing loaded shopping carts.
Several members of the Grand Junction Lions Club put together their money and came up with their version of a random act of kindness. First they brought six–hundred dollars in breakfast foods and returned later with one–thousand dollars in meats for the Community Food Bank.
This is the second year for the Lions Club Random Acts of Kindness program. Each member is given one hundred dollars and then raises as much money as they can for their chosen cause.
